Dear friends,
Spring has arrived at The Magnolia Inn, and with it, a season of real momentum. The year started off with a bang— we’ve seen a steady upward trend in both occupancy and event inquiries, and we’re incredibly grateful for the continued support from this community. |

INTRODUCING OUR EVENTS PROGRAM (and a New Face!)
|
We’re excited to officially launch the events arm of our business. To lead this effort, we’ve welcomed Nicki Medford as our Director of Events & Sales.
Nicki brings a strong background in event coordination, client experience, and relationship-building. She has a natural ability to turn ideas into seamless, meaningful gatherings, and her energy and professionalism make her the perfect fit for our growing team. We’re thrilled to have her building this program from the ground up. |

A BEAUTIFUL TRANSFORMATION, THANKS TO THE TOWN OF CLAYTON |
|
We were honored to receive a façade grant from the Town of Clayton and have put those funds to meaningful use.
We’ve completely refreshed both the front and side façades and begun developing a more private, lush outdoor space for weddings and gatherings. New plantings include fragrant gardenias, wedding white hydrangeas, lavender, liriope, boxwoods, muhly grasses, and privacy trees.
We can’t wait to watch everything bloom and grow alongside the inn this year. |

FEATURED IN SOUTHERN LIVING MAGAZINE |
|
Perhaps most exciting of all, The Magnolia Inn was recently featured in Southern Living. We were honored not just for the charm of the inn, but for the mission behind it.
The article shares the story behind the inn’s restoration and the deeper purpose behind what we do—creating a space where guests can truly rest and reconnect. It also highlights our partnership with A Mother’s Rest, through which we host respite weekends for caregivers in need of renewal.
